Gormiti or the Invincible Lords of Nature is a game designed by the Italian Leandro Consummi and the company Grani - Partners/Gruppo Preziosi in 2005. It is composed of imaginary characters, called "the Gormiti", represented by a set of figurines 5 cm high. A map is assigned to each of them and shows information about the hero such as his characteristics, power, powers, etc. Moreover, all the characters are endowed with specific powers, sometimes supernatural or extraordinary.

In 2009, the game was also adapted into four animated television series. The saga takes place in the island world of Gorm, a village at the foot of a dormant volcano, where the strange creatures live in peace under the aegis of the Old Wise, the guardian of the secrets of magic.

In a distant time, a demonic enemy called "the Darkans" had threatened the lives of the Gormiti. Guided by their mighty lords, these creatures have joined forces to fight the threat. This event marks the beginning of the battle, which was won at the end by the Gormiti.

Many people currently regard this war as a legend, proven by the presence of the tower of the elements. Upon entering this ancient fortress of the Gormiti, the 4 young heroes (Eron, Riff, Trek and Ikor), the predictions become reality: the return of the Darkans.
