    4 of 20 arrived defective

    Dear LBDT,
    I have received the first package of 20 Betty Boop figures from my order of 41 pieces.
    4 of the 20 was unfortunately damaged, when I unpacked them.
    One figure was missing the head, and it was not in the package. This leads me to believe that the damage was done while packing and not during shipping.
    The figures was taken out of the plastic housing and wrapped in bubble bags.
    So a big job was made to protect the parts, but the result was bot as intended.
    I have taken photos of the damaged parts if you want to see them.
    I hope for better packaging next time, since I will place more orders in the future.
