The payment of the back-to-school allowance 2015

The FCA announces the date of payment of the back-to-school allowance, which is apparently not too different from previous years. This leaves about ten days for his purchases before the start of the school year on September 1st

The back-to-school allowance (ARS) is intended to help households financially to buy school business just before the start of the school year, this allowance is paid directly by the FCA

The payment date is August 19, 2015, this assistance is received by parents of school children aged 6 years (or younger if they are already enrolled in CP) at 18 years of age.

To be able to touch it, you must complete an application file in the first year. Those that follow, the payment will be made automatically, without having to apply until the age of 15. From the age of 16, a statement must be made on the CAF website

There are certain criteria to be taken into account in order to be able to receive the back-to-school allowance. Household resources must not exceed:

- $24,306 for 1 child

- $29,915 for 2 children

- $35,524 for 3 children

The FCA relies on 2013 revenues to calculate 2015, when the ceiling is exceeded, a degressive allowance will be paid. As for the amount of the LRA, it varies according to the age of your children:

- Between 6 and 10 years old: 362.63

- Between the age of 11 and 14: 382.90

- Between the age of 15 and 18: 395.90
